At the heart of our mission in the Seventh-day Adventist Church – East-Central Africa Division is the belief that strong, healthy families are fundamental to building strong communities and nurturing faith. Ellen G. White, a foundational figure in our church, eloquently expressed the importance of family life, stating, “The happiness of families and individuals depends upon home influences. Eternal interests depend upon the proper discharge of everyday duties, the performance of which will bring peace and happiness.”
