SunPlus is the SDA Church’s global financial platform, merging SunSystems with automated data processing to deliver consistent, accountable, and transparent financial management across regions. Built to be denationalized and universally applicable, SunPlus aligns software with robust governance, budgeting, donor accountability, and policy-driven processes. It empowers local ministries, from academies and clinics to publishing houses and mission offices, with standardized onboarding, scalable deployment, and centralized oversight through tools like Monday.com, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined operations, and faster decision-making on a worldwide scale.

Across ECD SunPlus sites, the program has driven substantial adoption and impact, with hundreds of sites launched spanning diverse organizational types and regions, with SunSystems versions 6.2 and 6.4 representing the majority of deployments. The Knowledge Hub and regimented training tracks are being adopted to equip SunPlus users with data analytics, audits, and holistic financial stewardship, while planned mass upgrades to Sun 6.4 and centralized support aim to minimize downtime and improve user autonomy. By embedding accountability mechanisms and a biblically grounded approach to stewardship, SunPlus advances sustainable, mission-focused finance that supports ministry, community service, and the spread of Christ’s message.
